Prior to founding High Impact Coaching in 2005, Paula spent 10 years at IBM where she gained global business experience while building strategic business channels and partnerships. While at IBM, she began coaching IBM executives enrolled at the Wharton Business School Executive Program. She continues to coach some of these executives today as they lead global organizations.
Paula obtained her master’s degree in Organization Development from Boston University. She received her Professional Coach certification at the Coaches Training Institute. She earned a Harvard-led certificate in Positive Psychology and completed the Coaching Teams for Sustained Performance Program. She is also a certified Talent Analytics Business Partner & Behaviors/Ambitions analyst.
Paula currently serves on the board and participates in the development of emerging leaders through the Institute of Women Leaders at Nichols College. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching & International Coaching Federation.
