Our immersive leadership development training, which is equally as effective in an in-person or virtual setting, glides between the intersections of the individual, the team, and the organization to build highly confident, situationally aware, and organizationally astute business leaders.

I know a lot of highly successful business people who grimace when they hear “360° feedback.” 

When initiated for the wrong reasons or delivered poorly, it can leave a long-lasting negative impact. Most people don’t know how to successfully prepare and deliver 360° feedback to yield extraordinarily positive results because it makes them feel uncomfortable, and unfortunately, people don’t get the feedback they most need to hear, which leads to lower retention and engagement rates.

Central to achieving growth is gathering data on your own and from others to learn and understand perception against your desired goals and outcomes. Where is there alignment? Where is there a disconnect? A well done qualitative 360° feedback process provides this data. Whether embedded into a coaching process, team, or leadership development program, or conducted as a stand-alone initiative to identify potential coaching focus areas, this is consistently rated by my clients as one of the most “profound and valuable” processes in their careers. 

High Impact offers two types of 360° feedback processes – both provided with one-on-one coaching to thoroughly debrief results and develop action plans:

Qualitative 360° Process – A confidential interview-based process with 8-12 identified stakeholders, a comprehensive report of individual and aggregate data to the client, and an actionable roadmap based on pervasive themes against client growth goals.

On-Line 360° Feedback – A confidential online process that enables a larger pool of participants to contribute valuable feedback. This process is best for emerging leaders or in leadership training programs.

At High Impact, we take a strengths-based approach in all that we do.

As part of building our client’s portfolio of resources, we initiate emotional intelligence and strength-based assessments as a critical component to road map the goals to action planning in order to deliver increased results.

Emotional Intelligence Assessment - Emotional Intelligence is your ability to use your emotional acumen to manage your own emotions as well as the emotion of others. Leaders’ emotional intelligence – self-awareness, empathy, rapport with others, has clear links to your own performance as well as the performance of the people you lead.   In fact, 90% of top performers are high in emotional intelligence. Opposingly, just 20% of bottom performers are high in emotional intelligence. 

Most people don’t know how developed their EQ is which is why a baseline assessment is important in leadership development.  The best part?  Unlike IQ, your EQ can be built and broadened!

DISC/Motivators Assessment - A DISC assessment is a behavior-assessment tool that aims to help people understand their leadership styles and improve workplace teamwork.  Combined with a customized report and High Impact DISC/Motivators debrief session, you will learn important insights into your preferences and gain actionable information on how to best leverage strengths and influence others for increased effectiveness.

At High Impact the talent analytics data is only a first step.  How you utilize the data is where the real impact happens.  Whether in an individual or team application, the data gathered is packaged and applied to the unique need – whether a team playbook or onboarding a new member into an existing team, these strength-based tools help to level the playing field and create a common language within a team or organization which increases individual and team results.
